She didn't have any homework so we went over a narrative she wrote the week before and the book she's reading for her book club "Wonder". She was able to understand each error she made in the narrative and explain them well and she has improved on talking about her opinion on what she's reading
She still needs to learn to talk more so I suggested that she reads the book out loud when alone to get better at not only reading but how she speaks. She did really well but again I think tutoring is best for her because she needs more direct lessons for getting practice
