What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I feel great satisfaction when my students can solve problems that they previously couldn't. I also enjoy the fact that tutoring is not as formal as teaching a regular class held in schools, which gives me the chance to discuss a student's concern that might affect his/her academic achievements. Having my students feel that learning can be fun and challenging instead of stressful is my goal.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My background is in psychology so I have knowledge of stress management along with experience(s) working with children and teenagers who have learning difficulties. Aside from that, I also have experience in teaching both online and offline classes so I can use diverse teaching materials. I'm also flexible in my teaching method and will adjust my class to students' needs and parents expectations.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Good tutors should be able to help students improve and not dependent on them, they should be able to help a student solve problems and not simply giving them answers. In addition, tutors also have to be patient as not all students have the same learning abilities. Lastly, I think a tutor should put in the effort to understand both the materials and the student's learning style so that each session will be worth both the student's and tutor's time.
