What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The opportunity to help other people has always been something I try to do as much as possible. It’s extremely rewarding to see someone succeed at a given thing due to the help that I gave them. As an added benefit and being a social person, tutoring helps me learn more about different people from different backgrounds which is always a plus.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I’m very patient when people are taking time and are struggling to get their goal. This is thanks to the fact that I myself did not use to be the best at studies until i got a bit older. hence I know the importance of calm and patience when one is trying to expand their knowledge. I also tend to put myself in other peoples shoes which makes me have a better understanding of someone elses struggles. additionally, I have always been the one helping my peers when they might have felt uncomfortable asking that same question out loud in class.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to never make them belittle themselves or their knowledge. I thing a good tutor will always help guide a student rather than handing them the answer which provides no productive outcome.I also think a tutor needs to be understanding that everyone learns at their own pace and the only thing limiting a person is their mentality, which when nurtured by a tutor or a mentor can be greatly strengthened.
