What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy being able to watch and be able to be a part of my students growth. It was something I saw a lot of with my students as an Education Support Officer and itβs really exciting to watch them develop in real time. As well as personally feeling the benefits, itβs extremely rewarding to see the pride they take in being able to do something they thought they couldnβt
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I am an extremely patient person. I am willing to put in any amount of work possible in order to see the highest possible growth for my students. I have the ability to think on my feet and adjust any type of material to better fit the needs of a student should they require it.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe a student-tutor relationship should be a judgement free zone in order to see the greatest results from the student. A tutor should have the ability to empathise with their students to be able to greaten the chance to adjust content and learning approaches to better suit the student.
