What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The ability to share knowledge that I have learned to other students and invoke a sense of curiosity within them to learn more, do more, and achieve more.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a young tutor, who recently graduated from high school, I am much more familiar with students and can create a much more comfortable environment for them.
Also, as a selective high school student, I am familiar with the pressure of academic excellence and have used my experiences to break down subjects and concepts for my students so they may enjoy learning and be excited by the prospect of new knowledge.
Lastly, I have a deep passion for the subjects I teach as they are subjects that I will learn in university and use in my future workforce as a space scientist and engineer.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing for a tutor is to not feed the student to information but to guide them as they learn. It's to teach the students how to learn independently and invoke within them a passion and a want for more learning and knowledge. To show students that studying is not a chore but a tool and a privilege that they can use.
