What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

When I was a tutor during my undergraduate years, I initially believed that I would be the one providing the classes or it is going to be an one direction learning. However, I unexpectedly found out there are multiple ways. There are numerous lessons to be gained from the students as well. especially how they see things differently than I do. Therefore, what I value most about tutoring is how we can learn from each other and develop together, as well as the impact I can have on my students' lives.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I can easily establish a connection with my students. I am tolerant. I don't use a stop watch to measure the passing of time when I'm teaching. If more time is needed, I'm willing to put in it to help my student learn. I would also like to emphasise that I am approachable . I've always made an effort to reply to my students outside of office hours as soon as possible. I believe that "Learning is not Time-bound"

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Being empathetic and compassionate is the most crucial thing a tutor can do for a student. Every youngster learns at a different pace. A tutor must adjust to that speed by offering personalised learning. Additionally, a tutor can create a collaborative learning environment for the student that will enable them to build on their strengths, view their weaknesses as opportunities, and develop into self-assured individuals.
