1) Clarity and grasp when communicating which allows me to break complex concepts to digestable bite sized chunks. 2) Being considerate and non-judgemental. I am more receptive to the hurdles students face and therefore am constantly searching for possible solutions. 3) Having initially struggled at school but eventually excelling at VCE, I have experienced first hand the difficulties students face.
