What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The question above 'Highest grade' I completed the IBDP (instead of VCE) and did HL Mathematics: Applications and Interpretations (almost equivalent to Spec) What I enjoy most about tutoring is the ability to share my knowledge with others. I also particularly enjoy working with others, especially the younger generation as I believe that it is important to help mould others into better and more knowledgeable beings. I believe that you do not truly know something until you are able to teach it is another reason I love to teach others, no matter the age, to help not only themselves but me too.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have lots of experience informally and formally teaching others. I have taught many sports, including basketball and tennis, to young people. But also I have taught chess to a range of ages, from primary school to year 10s. Additionally, I often taught my piers a lot of the Math and Chemistry syllabus, as I was top of my class for both subjects.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Teach valuable methods to help them learn and study themselves, as there is a limited amount of time between the tutor and the student. Although certain things can be taught that is the easy part because a student needs to be able to learn/study for themselves. I think that it is very important for a tutor to help students do that which can be done in many ways such as handing out homework or informing them on past experience that has personally worked for them.
