What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
While seeing my student(s) achieve an excellent mark brings satisfaction, what I truly enjoy most is watching a student improve and develop their understanding of a subject. It is the growth of a student, and the process of them understanding and learning a concept that I enjoy and find the most rewarding during tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I like to apply a variety of different methods of teaching to a student. For example, if a student does not understand a concept, I would find an approach that will allow the student to best understand what I am attempting to teach them. I also personally prefer to focus on the weaknesses of each student rather than on their strengths as I feel that will result in a much greater overall mastery of a subject.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that as a tutor, one of the most important things is to properly guide a student's growth by making the workplace enjoyable and fun. That way, the student is willing to learn new concepts, thus fostering a sense of improvement.
