What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring, is that I am able to see the improvement and growth in my students. It is a feeling that is quite hard to describe but makes me quite proud of the work I do and makes me have a higher respect towards teachers/tutors who are actively trying to improve their students studies.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I definitely know my strength in tutoring is my ability to communicate. This has been quite evident through my past experiences in tutoring and working, where I have had to communicate with trainees and students, who need short, easy and understandable instructions to complete a task/problem. Though these short, easy and understandable instructions aren't what I always give, as I always make sure to leave enough room for the student/trainee to think for themselves and solve the issue.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

One of the most important things a tutor should do for their student is to let them try and solve problems on their own and then if they need help, give them the necessary tools and support. Most of the time a student is worried about getting a question wrong, and a tutors responsibility is to help encourage them to learn from their mistakes.
