What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

I'm very interested in education, and I've worked most of my professional life as a teacher. I enjoy seeing other people develop and learn about a subject or about themselves. Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

I think respect is the most important thing in any human interaction. Respect can be interpreted in many ways and I think it should be present in all of its interpretations. First, respect for the other person's background and choice of life. Second, the student's pace and way of learning need to be considered and embraced when tutoring. Also, a sense of humour, security and trust in the other person's capacities can contribute to a better learning environment.
