What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Being able to teach children things they have difficulty with. It is difficult to ask help from teachers and sometimes when teachers are unsupportive it is very hard to strive and do your best. By aiding those students to actually learn the content they have difficulty with it brings me great joy to know that I am helping students do the best they can.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a tutor includes being able to change my teaching style to be compatible with the student's learning. I learnt first-hand of the struggles of when my teacher's teaching style did not go hand in hand with my learning and it was a very difficult obstacle to overcome. Therefore I do my best to adapt my teaching style to the student's learning. Another strength of mine is that I have strong communication skills which enable me to determine if the student actually understands the content they are learning from me.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important things tutors can do is having clear and strong communication with the student so the can understand the weaknesses and adapt those classes to suit those weaknesses in the content. Another thing tutors can do is to have class plans to ensure that the time used for classes is fully maximised and the student is getting the best support they can from the sessions.
