Building rapport with the kids and making them feel confident. I usually talk out the problem with the child and try to understand his/her areas of concern in the subject Mathematics. I break the concept into smaller parts just to make the learner feel comfortable and understand the idea behind his/her learning. During the fiirst few lessons I usually revisit the topics they are sure of and confident in and then i gradually move on to the concepts that evolve a level higher.Most important things I can do for a student π
