What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The thing I most enjoy about tutoring would be teaching a student a difficult concept and seeing that "lightbulb" moment they get when they finally understand. I would also receive great satisfaction seeing that my perseverance and hard work has payed off. I also hope to develop a good relationship with my students, where I will be available to provide advice for both academic and non academic challenges students may face at school. By working as a tutor, I hope to also meet new people and gain valuable work experience too.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor would be my hard working nature and perseverance. If needed, I would go overtime to ensure that my students will understand difficult concepts before I leave. I am also extremely flexible in the way I teach and can adapt my way of teaching to the student's style of learning. I believe the most important things I can do for a student would be to provide them with valuable advice and guidance through their studies. Having just finished my HSC, I have first hand experience on how tough school can be. However, school is definitely manageable with hard work and effective time management. As such, I want to instill a good work ethic and time management amongst my students by helping them create a balance between life's extra-curricular activities and school work.
