What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Tutoring gives me the opportunity to enhance my communication skills especially when delivering knowledge to primary and secondary students. Not just that, I enjoy tutoring and teaching kids because I like to see them happy or excited when they managed to solve problems. This shows that, kids do understand the materials and grasp the idea. Tutoring help students to reinforce their school learning materials and I'm happy that I could be part of their journey. Lastly, tutoring teaches me to be more patient even if they ask the most basic question, I will try and demonstrate my patience.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I'm very friendly and enthusiastic person. My previous students enjoyed the method I teaches because I will mix fun stuffs that relates to materials that I'm about to teach. I will make sure my students to understand the materials before I can proceed to the next one. Sometimes, I will try to re-explain or interpret the materials from a different point of view for the students to digest the materials easier because I reckon that not all students understand concepts the same way and the first time.Most important things I can do for a student π
I would say, be supportive and a good listener are the most important things a tutor should offer to students. Based on my previous experience, students sometimes lack motivations to finish their school homework either they are too tired from school, or they just don't understand the school materials well. As a tutor, this could be an opportunity to actually bridging both students and homework in creative ways so the students could actually enjoy doing homework without thinking it as burden to them.Tutoring students in π¦ π§
