What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think the most enjoyable part of tutoring is when students reach that 'lightbulb' moment, when they come to an understanding of a topic and are able to make sense of it by themselves, and are able to use that understanding to make sense of new information. Another part would be being able to find and use different teaching methods or styles to teach a topic and change it up depending on the student's preference and what they respond well to. I think that brings a challenge that I find enjoyable.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths as a tutor are that I am friendly in how I approach students and am able to get along with them quite easily. I think I am also quite good at adjusting how I teach students depending on the student's performance and feedback.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important things to do as a tutor is form a good relationship with the student as that opens more room for communication. In my experience I've found that students who feel comfortable communicating are more likely to ask questions and bring up any concerns they may have. Good communication demonstrates that you are listening to what the student is saying and can helps them gain confidence in their own ability which is highly beneficial in the long run.
