What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
No matter if the student gets it near instantly or takes an half hour, but every time something clicks in their mind and they understand the mechanism of the equation or the principle behind the science, they get a special look in their eye, a glint of sorts, and you can tell that it means a lot to them. Understanding something hard to grasp and making that connection is the single most satisfying thing on this earth, and encouraging and helping someone to that point is great.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I've been told I have a somewhat unique perspective on these problems, and with people, I feel like I can always make an alternative learning path for an individual, by ways of something like a new metaphor or diagram to explain a scientific idea, or alternative steps within an equation. This way I can explain most things in at least one way an individual can process well.Most important things I can do for a student π
Just being a support for the student in question. Now, obviously, the first idea to jump to there is academically, and this is super important, of course, but also school is a naturally difficult time for a lot of students for a large variety of reasons, and even if the tutor nor student realize it, being there to help dealing with it is a massive boon for them, even in the subtlest ways. If a tutor can help a student through this important time in their life in any reasonable way, Id consider it a job well done.Subjects Tutored π
