What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy providing a child confidence in the classroom as well as watching them grow. I believe I can put in many of my natural abilities in to tutoring as I already have a love for children. I think it is crucial for tutors to have patience, empathy, communication, and leadership, all of these skills are my natural gifts. I have a soft spot for children therefore my strengths heighten. A tutor must understand the learner is still human, my collaboration skills allow me to see past age or education level. Tutors must see that they have specific ways they can learn best, therefore assessing the child as a human with capabilities comes first. This allows the learner to take in the information in the best way possible. Giving confidence in their learning by minimising the student's weaknesses and teaching to the student's strengths builds an eager to do more.
