What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is guiding younger individuals through their studies by helping them grasp their content and become more confident. Through seeing improvements in the Childs work and their self confidence increase, it gives me great satisfaction to be able to help them reach their full potential both academically and personally. To be able to focus on studies with the child, and have them come back and be so excited that they have improved noticeably really makes me love how I help them.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor include patience, and good communication. When tutoring children I always allow them to see I am patient and understanding when they are doing a task. When they need help, I provide support to allow them to develop trust and comfort. As I have grown up being an eldest child to siblings and cousins I 100% know this is a strength I have had my whole life. I also believe a strength I have is the way I communicate with children. I believe I have great ways of explaining and providing examples for them to really understand an explantation.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is providing comfort, support, and encouragement. These traits are very important to express to a child in order for them to reach their full potential when working with a tutor. In order for a child to feel comfortable, casual conversation and interest in their own life is what I believe tutors really have to do for their students to like tutoring. Through this the student will be confident enough to speak to you comfortably, and have no doubt in asking about something they might not understand- further strengthening their work ethic.
