What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

Seeing students grow overtime as they reach their goals and learn the things they previously found difficult or had trouble approaching is quite an enjoyable element of tutoring. In addition as someone who likes problem solving and strategy games seeing the feeling of satisfaction a students when getting over a hurdle or a hard problem with some help is something I have empathy for.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

Providing structure to education is quite important for students. Tutors and teachers can provide students with a properly structured plan including revision and practice after learning new concepts which increases retention of new ideas. In duality the presence of the tutor as a 'role model' significantly boosts motivation and lights a fire for success in the student which is quite important throughout schooling.
