What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
My love for tutoring stems from the social service initiative I started in 2020, called Ehasaas and the mentoring society I founded in my school called, Izhaqat (Drama and expressions society). These initiatives helped me realise my love towards helping others by sharing my knowledge with them, by mentoring them and in the process also learn a lot of things from them. Hence, I believe it would be a great opportunity for me to become a tutor at Ezymath.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Having tutored before, both commercially and for community service, I believe I am patient as a teacher and am able to form a connection with the students pretty quickly. Being a university going, 18 year student, I think I am able to relate to and understand the students at a level that they start feeling comfortable with me. Additionally, I also give real life applications with the concepts I am teaching, which I believe are key factors to a thorough understanding, as this is what worked best for me! Hence, I believe the aforementioned are my strengths and I would love to build on them!Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
1. Help the student discover their strengths. 2. Identify the best learning practices for each student. 3. Help the student discover improvement areas and work towards covering them. 4. Creating a loop between the school teachers, children and parents, so that all are aware of the progress. 5. Always support the student no matter what. 6. Encourage and instil a positive habit of asking questions, to make a child's mind more inquisitive. 7. Help the student build on their confidence. 8.
