I am very patient and understanding when they get an answer wrong or can't seem to grasp a concept, and will break the idea down into easier terms instead of becoming frustrated. I think that patience is essential in tutoring, as you are often teaching someone who is already struggling with the subject. As a current law student, I am still very familiar with the topics in Legal Studies and also the techniques in English Literary Studies, so my students would benefit from this knowledge.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I feel that it is extremely important for a tutor to help the student learn content in a way that is personalised to them. A significant number of students who are under the impression that they do not understand a subject are simply not absorbing the information in the right way.
