My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I possess a mature, responsible and reliable work ethic which are strengths as a tutor to be punctual to lessons, well-organised with teaching material and offer guidance to students. My interpersonal skills are also advantageous in forging a positive student-mentor relationship to gain the trust of students to encourage them when they are nervous about upcoming exams and actively searching for different teaching methods which best suit different students. As a tutor, a love of learning is also very important to inspire students through a passionate teaching attitude which I embody.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do is to support a student both academically and emotionally. For example, emotionally reassuring a student about their capabilities before a test to reduce their test anxiety and revising test topics in advance would greatly improve their performance. Instilling an appreciation for the subject is also important through a tutor's passion for the subject as it motivates the student to work harder for themselves and develop sound studying attitudes further in their education.
