Being able to communicate effectively but also actively listen. Many students will tell you where they're struggling if you give them the chance and actually listen to them. I am also very patient and will explain something as many times and in as many different ways as I have to.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Give them a fair go. Often students don't believe in themselves and their support systems may be limited, so, having someone who does believe in them and will work with them until they see success is very important, not only for their grades, but for their self esteem too.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
