My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a deep understanding of the material, so I can explain concepts to a student in several different ways. If one way doesn't 'click' with a student I can try a different approach. While I am passionate about education and learning for its own sake, I am cynical of the current system of education. I can teach students how best to 'play the game' that is our schooling system, while at the same time being enthusiastic about the intrinsically interesting nature of the material.

Offer advice from personal experience. Tutors who have been through the same schooling system can guide students in the best way to approach material, and how best to prepare for assessment. Also, tutors can provide students with alternative approaches to difficult material other than what is given by the student's regular schoolteacher.
