What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think tutoring students is valuable and meaningful. The fact that my teachings can positively influence their academic achievement motivates me to become a more responsible and prepared tutor. Also, I found it's highly efficient that I can draw up and deliver my lesson plan tailored to each student's abilities. It will cater to all students without leaving anyone behind.

My greatest strength is that I have a strong sense of responsibility for my students. I believe that motivating the students to have an interest in their studies and to keep them interested is the most important point in achieving their successful performance. I will create a robust lesson plan that will encourage the less motivated students and spur those who want to go further, so that all the students I teach will progress and develop.

I believe it is vital for a tutor to provide classes focused on learning by interpreting the contents from different perspectives and solving different types of problems, rather than just transferring knowledge. Repetitive teaching will help students remember the contents longer, and eventually, they will be able to naturally apply what they have learnt when faced with exam problems. Besides, the connection between the tutor and the student is also essential. By providing lasting motivation to students, they can develop progressively.
