What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I believe, the impact that a tutor can have on a student should not be understated. Tutors could be the reason a student develops a greater sense of purpose or self-esteem at school. You could be the one that sets a student straight on the true and good path to success and fulfilment. You could help give a student confidence to pursue their field of interest with more conviction. I have learned many things during my time as a tutor and have enjoyed learning from students as well. It was not always smooth sailing, but it was a rewarding experience nonetheless.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Being empathetic and kind is very important as a tutor. It is also important to build a connection with each student so they feel comfortable learning from you. I believe I am good at building genuine connections with students. I have a strong hold on the basics of math concepts. I give the students the space and time to learn at their own pace without hurrying or pressurising them. Lastly, being technologically sound is very important. I am good with using latest technology and softwares. Also I believe I am a fast learner so I pick up on new technology quickly

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Being able to build a friendly rapport where the students feel comfortable to ask their doubts and discuss the areas where they are lacking. To be able to build the self esteem of students when they don't feel confident in solving or learning hard topics/concepts. Tailoring tutoring methods according to the nature and capacity of students
