What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
I believe tutoring is an opportunity to students who needs specific care or an alternative way of learning that suits them. When teaching someone, helping students with struggle is challenging. However, finding solutions for each students and encouraging them may lead to achieving the goal that was set. That sense of achievement when achieving the goal is the most enjoyable thing when tutoring.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
Patience is one of my strengths as a tutor. I have worked with children before, and I know all students have different characteristics. Some may be slower than others when it comes to understanding a new concept, so when it comes to teaching these students, I can understand their difficulties and provide them with an easier way of understanding. Also another strength would be communication. Communication is crucial when tutoring. Not only communicating with students but also with parents. Two-way communication with feedback would benefit both parents and tutors.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
The most important thing that a tutor can do is to build confidence in the student. When the students feel like their abilities improve, they will be more engaged in learning and willing to learn more. This may lead to better performance in exams as they have confidence in their writing. Another one would be filling gaps in their foundation knowledge.
