What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The moment when a student grasps a concept is very rewarding, and knowing that the information learned will stay with them and assist them in future studies.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am encouraging and nurture confidence in students as I believe that mistakes will only help the learning process. I also believe detail is important especially in a subject such as math as it helps increase understanding.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe in empowering students by being a source of encouragement so that they build the confidence to solve novel problems. Allowing creativity in problem solving and not being rigid when things are done in a way that is different from what is usually done should be encouraged as well. Ultimately, all students will come across problems that they have not encountered before and may have to face it alone, so I believe a good tutor should equip them with the confidence and skill set to overcome those situations.
