What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think one of the most interesting things about tutoring is that it requires effective communication and evaluation, which I've trained for many times and enjoy. I believe tutoring is not only giving useful knowledge but also giving helpful feedback on one's strength and weakness with proper motivation, all of which needs communication skills. In this regard, I endeavor to figure out one's personality and characteristics whenever I'm on working.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strength as a tutor is that I wholeheartedly try to understand one's situation and inspire them with both realistic and cheerful words. For me, it is sometimes challenging but I believe becoming a tutor means carrying out both an adviser and motivator's role, which I like to do.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors have a close relationship with students, which allows them more likely to motivate learners, giving personal and intensive lessons. In this regard, I consider the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to understand and sympathy a student's mind. Without this, it will be unlikely to give learning strategies considering students' characteristics. Furthermore, tutors are freer than teachers from a fixed curriculum, so they can focus on learners' situations.
