What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is the best way one can improve his/her knowledge as it enables the individual to get a more comprehensive idea with each iteration. It also helps me improve my communicative skills by improving my confidence on subjects. During the initial days of my previous work tenure as a software developer, I was a reserved, timid person. Opportunities for conducting software training for new recruits, college students and professors aided in overcoming my fear and helped me to communicate more easily with confidence.

The best strength I feel I have as a tutor is that I comprehend the difficulties faced by the student. I always followed a pragmatic approach during my primary, secondary and tertiary education which has helped me to easily convey my ideas regarding subjects while tutoring my peers.

The most important thing a tutor can do is to show real life examples or threads that the student can relate to while learning new concepts. The learning in such an approach will lead to a properly spun network of knowledge with related real-life examples which will be easier to recollect for the student. And always make sure to feed what the student can consume . Injecting more than what one can take will always be futile. A just amount of information what the student can take is optimal way for learning as the mindset of the student is the most important aspect for learning.
