My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am part of a Sunday school which consists of around 30 young students and have learnt how to interact and connect with them. As a musician, I also need to show high levels of punctuality and reliability in order to arrive on time to sound checks, rehearsals and recordings. I believe I can apply these skills to my tutoring.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe a tutor needs to be someone that the student can connect with easily and trust. A tutor needs to have patience and the ability to provide multiple explanations of concepts that the student may be struggling with until they can comfortably complete a problem on their own. The student needs to see progress and feel like they are succeeding. A tutor, like any teacher, also needs to be dedicated and act as an example to the student; someone they can look up to.
