Seeing progression in the students outcomes from the time you started with them to when you have completed the current block of tutoring. It will allow me to work on some skills that are going to be transferrable when I progress into becoming a full time classroom teacher.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am warm and welcoming to the student and I can provide fun and engaging content so a student who may be struggling in the classroom will feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting and hopefully see marked improvement in the subject being tutored. Making the tutoring enjoyable and fun for the student is also important.
