What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I find satisfying about teaching other people is that I am able to help them understand and digest the topics they find difficult. Not only that, but I also help myself verify whether I really understand the topics I study. Also serves as my refresher, which for me is really important to have β€”an active learning method.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I think I am an empathetic tutor as I also have instances where I find a specific notion in math difficult. And the fact that I am also a student is considered my strength because it allows me to fully immerse myself in the situation of my student.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Patience is really one of the key players that should take part when tutoring a student. The time and effort one should invest in a student will really play a massive role in making gradual changes for the student naturally leading to a greater milestone in their learning process. Showing empathy is another factor. Having the ability to understand where they are coming from, and why they find a topic difficult, would allow one to really tailor the perfect study plan that adapts to the different learning styles of the students.
