One of the most important things is for a tutor to be able to understand where students are at, and being able to take them to the place where they need to be. This requires understanding how the student learns, processes and approaches tasks and problems and being able to present methods which they can use for themselves. The ultimate goal for a tutor is for the student to become a self-sufficient learner and not need a tutor. The best things we can teach a student is not content, but methods for learning, problem solving etc that will influence thier lives and careers.Tutoring students in π¦ π§
