What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I see education as a really fundamental profession in society. My enjoyments comes from being part of a fairly important part of a young persons development.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have been self employed as a private math tutor for over a year now. I’ve honed my pedagogical skills with a wide range of ages and abilities. A total of 4 students in years 8,10,11 and 12 and up to the level of Extension 1. I've had some practice and I am comfortable in making a real connection with students that helps facilitate a fun yet focused learning environment. Furthermore, I spent my entire high school with a mathematics tutor so I understand how to structure lessons.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I have a keen interest in Mathematics and also for education. I understand the value that an interesting and relatable maths tutor/teacher can have on a young student of mathematics. It can make or break any passions that they may have. The most important thing a tutor can do for a students is nature that potential and support them through their high school journey.
