What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing a student not just improve academically but develop an interest in the subject. I have previously seen students rather unmotivated, particularly in mathematics, but after my help and guidance once they understand the subject they seem to thoroughly enjoy it. As mentioned in the previous question one of my greatest strengths as a tutor is making a student interested in a particular subject. Along with this, I will not proceed further until my students understand a particular concept ensuring that they 100% understand this. I aim to bring out the best in all my students and cater to their needs and goals and will try to ensure that (no matter how far fetched their goals may seem), they get their in the end!Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I feel like the most important thing as a tutor is to understand that every single student has potential to succeed. As such tutors need to understand different students learning capabilities and mechanisms and as such cater to their needs.
