Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a good tutor could do is to communicate in a way that makes the learner feel motivated, enthusiastic, and confident.
Make sure the teacher is hardworking and acts as an inspiration for all students.
Be knowledgeable to answer all sorts of questions.
Personal relationships are crucial to student achievement; the more attached a student feels to his or her tutor, the more trust and respect the tutor instills in the student, both of which are necessary elements for effective learning.
