What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy being able to help students reach new levels of understanding in their schoolwork. That lightbulb moment of recognition in how to solve a problem is something I remember loving when I was a student, particularly for topic I initially found hard to understand, and that moment is something I'd love to help others reach as well. Finally, I enjoy being able to pass down my experience in school and assignments to people who need it, so that I feel like I'm not letting my knowledge gained through VCE study and the rest of school on how to write essays or study properly go to waste.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think that I can build a really good rapport with my students, even online. I've always had a knack with getting along with people, whether it be in professional settings such as with co workers, with people younger than me such as with my brothers friends or through zoom, which I have had to do for the past 2 years. All of these will be useful during my time spent tutoring, which will assist in making my tutoring sessions all the more beneficial for my students.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is not only help them understand topics, but allow the student to gain insight from the tutor's own knowledge of how assignments and school in general functions. It would be a waste for me to not use my experience in VCE, high school and primary school in helping my students learn how to not just properly answer questions but also know what their teachers are looking for in their answers. With this, for things like essay writing or long response questions in math I can give students a step above in their grades and knowledge.Subjects Tutored 🎓
