I enjoy being able to able to help students with my previous experiences and knowledge. It allows me to reflect on my core abilities and further incites me to overcome my weaknesses. Furthermore, it has shaped my personality such that I have become more confident in helping others. This is often necessary when the student is struggling to ask a question or they're generally shy/ embarrassed to ask any questions.
