What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
As a tutor my enjoyment is manifested through the progression in my students. Seeing not only developments in their grades but also their sense of self and confidence definitely makes it all worth it for me. I enjoy shifting studentsβ attitudes towards their work through assisting them in achieving consistent positive outcomes and teaching them the value of hard work.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe my gentle approach to students is one of my strengths as a tutor as it teaches them a βcan-doβ attitude whilst remaining calm and collected. Gentleness and patience ignited a confidence in my students and allows them to reach their maximum potential without harming their self esteem.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a tutor can do is believe in the student. This along with teaching them the value of hard work is significant as it pushes a student to access their potential knowing that they are supported. The value of hard work is also an imperative that should be conveyed through the tutors lessons regardless of the content taught.
