My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Communication and understanding that different people learn at different paces is a strength of mine. Having experienced teachers and tutors that are transfixed with one method solving an equation or answer an essay question, I understand that it is paramount to search for a method which the student feels comfortable with. Having been interacting with lots of people in a range of environments, I am able to handle a large array of personalities and thinkers. Furthermore, I am a firm believer in patience and understanding the pressures of education, having only just completed my schooling.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Finding out whether a student is a visual, auditory or kinesthetic learner is important. By discovering how the student learns best, I believe he will be able to reach his true potential. To do this, a tutor must be malleable in his teaching methods and communication. Furthermore, it is crucial that the tutor and student create a bond that reaches beyond the hour or two that is spent a week with each other. To do this, I believe it is important that a student feels as if the tutor truly cares and understands about his education and that he or she is available out of hours as well.
