I enjoy making my students find that Maths and Science are fun. Once I am those children who hates maths and science until I met my first tutorial teacher. He made me find that maths and science are fun. I would like to become a tutorial teacher like him. More importantly, I like the smile when their results have been improved. I can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluently. I can teach students from different countries. I am patient that I had tutored two students with reading disorders, they spent a lot of time explaining one thing but I never get mad at them. And their results have been improved. As I have been those children who hate maths and science, I can understand what they really need and designed a programme for them to study. Moreover, using the things they like or some specific way to understand or memorize the things.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Encouragement is the most important thing a tutor should do for a student. Many students lack confidence in studying, especially when studying maths and science, they give up easily. I will keep encouraging them and letting them know they can do it. Meanwhile, I will apply the questions to their daily life or something they are interested in to increase their interest level.
