I would consider my strength to be the ability to motivate students, and to keep their interest while guiding them through problems. I believe that a positive attitude can lower the student's stress and struggle with the subject, hence allowing them to enjoy the process of learning and eventually succeed.

I consider encouragement and clarity to be the most important things a tutor can do for a student. Encouraging the students to learn, to do well, and to be confident is the first step for them to gain interest and the willingness to improve. It is also very important to deliver clear explanation to the students so that they could progress more effectively.
