I am a very patient, determined and creative person. I can understand what a student needs at one point in time and change my teaching style to suit their needs. I recognise every individual is stimulated differently and the speed at which they learn varies. I can cater to all these differences and stilll provide the same knowledge and maximum output to each student. I can apply the knowledge to real world situations so students can connect with the information and retain it for the long term.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to guide them instead of doing the work for them. It is important for the students to feel that they have control over what they are learning and for them to be encouraged through feedback and practice.
