What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am eager to impart my knowledge on the people who are actively seeking help furthering their own mathematical journeys. I believe my ability to help others develop a strong intuition for a subject using different methods and interpretations is a direct reflection of my own knowledge and ability. This will strengthen my foundational knowledge which is integral to my desired career path. As such, it is within my best interest to have a strong, flexible understanding of the subject matter which I am to teach. I enjoy the satisfaction that I can help others and strengthen my own understanding.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I believe my two greatest strengths would be my enthusiasm and flexibility. Firstly, maths isn't just a necessity for me, it's a passion. My goal has always been a strong understanding of every aspect I can cover, because of how much I enjoy the subject. I desire to help as many students as I can realise their own passion. Secondly, my own learning has never been straightforward. I have always needed to utilise numerous resources to develop an understanding that met my own high standards. As such I am capable of presenting the information in different ways that resonate with different people.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

I think the best thing you can do for a student is inspire them to want to learn. Help them develop a sense of satisfaction and pride in their growth as a student. Instil a thirst for knowledge. This is ultimately what brought me back to study. To this end, it would be my goal to be able to present reasonable goals so that each student can see their own growth. Be an ultimate resource for the students, showing them my own enthusiasm for the subject matter, and always be able to answer their questions in a way that is satisfactory to them, even if I need to go and find a way that works for them
