What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy the most about being a tutor is the simple sense of accomplishment it brings, both to myself and to the student. More people have refrained from learning something out of frustration than ever from lack of intelligence. As a tutor, one gets to fashion knowledge into a form post palatable form to be best understood by a student. learning is hard enough without having to wade through jargon meant for the masses. On a more personal note, I've found that the surest way to remember something forever is to teach it.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of the main things required to be a good tutor, is patience. Patience and empathy are in my opinion, my strongest qualities in being a tutor. However, I am also a very creative person and would always find an innovative way to teach a specific concept that's hard to understand otherwise.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student, in my opinion, is provide a learning environment free from both the rigid structure and inherent judgement present in centres of mass education. A calmer, more personal environment allows the establishment of time tables and study plans more conducive to the individual student. There is also something to be said for similar age groups and a certain centre of relatability that younger tutors bring to their students.
