What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
The growth of those I am guiding and mentoring makes my tutoring experience enjoyable. That is because it gives me satisfaction seeing those who achieve or try beyond what they expected. I also like to find solutions to problems whether it be motivating the student or creating a method which challenges them.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
As I had a helpful tutor during my Grade 12 journey who was able to support me through Unit 1 to 4 in subjects where I found it difficult, I have understood what traits are required to be an excellent tutor; enthusiastic about learning, not only guide the student but also challenge them, and make the tutoring experience enjoyable for both myself and the student.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
I believe the most important thing for a tutor to do for a student is for them to enjoy learning. By doing this, the student would most likely want to learn more about the subject(s) as they would find it enjoyable. Once I have achieved this, the next most important step for a tutor is to guide the student and give study tips etc so they would be able to learn maximum content without putting too much stress on the student.
