What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring students and observing visible improvement is an extremely honourable position to be in. Their success not only signifies the student's hard work but rather showcases an effective team. Thus, if you have the ability to positively impact a student academically by giving up a fraction of your time, the decision to become a tutor becomes straightforward.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

It must be noted that the following qualities can lead to an effective tutor: Patience As someone who has also struggled with school earlier on, I understand the position that the clients may be in. As such, I possess the ability to explain a concept in multiple ways without losing patience. Clear Communication Without a doubt, I am able to clearly express my knowledge in mathematics and science to prevent confusion. Critical Thinking For subjects of strength, I will be able to think of many different ways of explaining the problem, shifting the way they attack the problem if stuck.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor must be able to understand the student's situation. For example, identifying a student's weaknesses and effectively build basics to turn the weakness into a strength. Ultimately, the student should be able to feel proud of their perseverance and commitment throughout their academic journey while the tutor is just someone who is able to throw the rope in when necessary.
