What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the wins, the improvements, the ease/ relaxation when a student discovers their potential and decides that what they thought was hard, wasn't that hard after all. I enjoy the way I can just be authentic and through that, help empower someone and help them realize that you don't have to have really special abilities to be good academically.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths are that; I am authentic and I love it as it promotes trust and engagement. I'm also a go-getter and very passionate. I'm very resilient and don't believe in quitting and that every problem always has a solution. I am also very patient and don't get frustrated easily. I also lead by example and think highly of people. I am also very attentive when it comes to how different people study and grasp things and through that, I am able to personalize tutoring to befit the recipient.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor can just be present. Presence helps the student know that they're not alone. Another important thing a tutor can do for a student is have belief in them and be able to give room to improvement. By believing in a student, it helps them feel like and know that they can conquer any challenge brought to them. Another important thing is being real. When the tutor keeps being real with the student, it creates that trust and self space that the student is also able to project their weakness with ease. Being patient with the student is also very important.
